General director – Festim Halili

Mr. Festim Halili held the position of Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia in the period from April 2016 to June 2017. From October 2018 to March 2019, he was a visiting professor at the Lithuania University of Business and Applied Sciences in Klaipeda and the University of Craiova in Romania at the Department of Automation, Computer, and Electronics. In May, October, and November 2018, Mr. Halili was also a visiting professor at FH Technikum Wien – University of Applied Sciences and at the University of Pannonia – Faculty of Information Technology in Hungary. In the period from 2008 to 2010, he was engaged as a consultant for telecommunications at INACTION GmbH in Karlsruhe, Germany.

From 2009 to the present date, Mr. Halili works as a professor at the State University in Tetovo.

Mr. Halili graduated in 2007 in the field of communication sciences and technology at the South East European University in Tetovo, accompanied by a scholarship from the German foundation DAAD for the continuation of part of the studies at the Technical University of Munich, Germany. Afterward, he completed a master’s degree in the field of computer sciences, software development, and applications at the South East European University in Tetovo. Mr. Halili obtained the Ph.D. degree in computer sciences at the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the University of Tirana in 2014, while at the Royal Holloway University of London he completed the Ph.D. research upon awarded a scholarship from the British Scholarship Trust Foundation.
